The property of the family Matias is located in the village of Praia da Areia Branca at the country road, which leads to the remote beach of Paimogo. There is a bus stop directly on the other side of the street. The property is surrounded by a hedge and offers a lot of space for children to play around, without you worrying about. There are three houses in a role. The last house in the role is the holiday home No. 236 a - Casa Matias, which consequently is the most quietly one. The parents of the owners live at the first floor of this house, but since they are already very old, you hardly will notice anything. For rent is the apartment at the ground floor with a terrace in front of the house as well as behind. The apartment is furnished very simple and rural. There is a small lawn with garden furniture. Behind the house, there is a barbecue at your disposal. The kitchen is very spacious and serves as well as a lounge. The kitchens´ equipment is held very simple. The house in the middle is used by the Portuguese owners, which live in Lisbon, spending very often their weekends here. The first house in the role is the holiday home No. 236 b - Casa dos Arcos.
