If this point was anywhere else, other than J-bay, it would be considered an epic wave. But it lies in the shadow (literally and figuratively) of Supers, and its glory is lost somewhat. Magna's is fast and hollow, but is more sectiony and closes out if the swell is too straight-on. All time conditions: 4-5’ S-SW swell on the low tide and a light south west wind. Wave type: Punchy and fun, gets heavy. Crowd factor: usually a few guys out Consistency: Breaks fairly often.

Kitchen windows

When it's flat & mushy everywhere and you might have a look at the spot called Kitchen Windows, not far from center town, opposite to the J-Bay Township... Ask anybody, you'll find easily.
BEWARE : Seems like it's quite SHARKY over there!!!!!! Ask the locals before going out!!!

When big, I mean really big swell, winter swell, some locals says you can actually make the connexion from Magnas to impossible through Supers, you can imagine the ride !!!! Tom Curren once made it from top to bottom, almost 5 minutes ride!!!!!!!!! Cowabunga !!! Want to try my 6'0 Fish here......
