Tiona or "Tiona Park" is the hub of 7 Mile Beach surf breaks with Elim 200m nth and 50m south is The Bulls Paddock which goes off about 2 days after a big southerly Sydney swell. About 3hrs North of Sydney. Very uncrowded and Tiona locals consist of a dingo and a few goannas. walk across to the lake to catch blue swimmer crabs at night.
